We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Boult Audio product, you may return it for a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Steps to Request a Refund/Exchange 

1. Contact our customer service team at [insert contact email] to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

3. After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4. If approved, we will process your refund (minus any restocking fees) or send a replacement.

Refund Processing Time 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping Costs for Returns 

We cover return shipping costs for defective products. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a $10 restocking fee will apply.
