All Boult Audio products listed on our website are subject to availability. While we strive to keep our stock updated, in rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such instances, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative item or a full refund.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments must be made at the time of checkout. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Your payment will be securely processed, and you will receive a confirmation email once your transaction is successful.

We deliver across Australia and offer standard shipping (3-7 business days). Shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

All Boult Audio products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product is faulty, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to initiate a return or exchange. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as postal delays or acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
